Information we collect
When you send an enquiry through the contact form we collect:
- your name and email address (required);
- your phone number and company name (optional);
- the service you are interested in;
- the message you write; and
- the date and time you confirmed you had read this policy.
For spam prevention we also store a one-way hash of your IP address with your enquiry. We cannot read your IP address from the hash and use it only to limit repeated submissions.
Please do not include sensitive personal information, passwords or payment details in your message.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to read and respond to your request, to assess whether and how we can help, and to keep a record of enquiries. We do not use it for advertising and we do not send marketing messages unless you separately agree to receive them.
Cookies and tracking
The contact form uses one session cookie to protect the form against forged submissions. It is deleted when you close your browser.

Who can access your information
Enquiries are stored in a database on our web hosting provider (Hostinger). Authorised PMR personnel can access them. Email notification of new enquiries is not currently enabled. We do not sell your information. [PMR to list any other service providers who may receive enquiry data.]
How long we keep it
